Keep moving is the most important advice that can be given. It hurts indeed, but it won't hurt as long as you do it in a controlled manner. So don't go straight from zero to one hundred, but build it up. If an inflamed joint is thick, warm and red, your instinct probably tells you to sit comfortably on the couch and wait for it to pass. It is precisely with these types of joints that movement is essential. The structure is essential here.
For example, start exercising ten minutes a day. Extend this slowly and gradually to half an hour and you will notice that the symptoms decrease. However, not every form of exercise is suitable. It is best to choose a form that does not put extra strain on your joints, such as:
