Of course you have to rinse your toothpaste away, but you can skip the part that you then keep your mouth on at the tap. Toothpaste contains fluoride which ensures that your teeth are strengthened. If you wash it away after brushing your teeth, your teeth will no longer be protected. Do you really have the urge to rinse your mouth? Then do that with mouthwash that contains fluoride. That is how the protective film will stay!
